Are you among the 9% or 91%?

We’re nine weeks into 2022 and if you’re among the 9% of people who are still following through on your New Year’s resolutions, bravo! Most of us are likely among the 91% who have already given up on their resolutions. Womp, womp.

Creating and sticking to new habits is hard, even for adults. Here are two ways to help make new strategies and habits stick with your child:

  1. Create smaller, easier to attain goals on the way to the bigger goal. Success, however small, builds confidence and fosters intrinsic motivation for the long term. See an example here.
