I find that highly illogical

Imagine trying to follow instructions that feel completely illogical. That’s how your child might feel if you insist on your way of doing things. While it’s tempting to assume your child processes information like you, their brains often work differently. Your familiar approach might feel completely foreign to them. Instead of insisting on your method, practice flexibility. Listen carefully to your child’s perspective and get creative together. Most tasks have multiple solutions. The goal is to help your child discover their best approach, the one that clicks for them. Embrace experimentation and celebrate their unique way of doing things. This not only fosters independence but also strengthens your bond by showing you value their individual learning style.
