This Valentine’s Day let’s talk about the things we love. Our kids hear enough about the things they’re not doing well, the mistakes they make, or the effort they’re not putting in. A shift in the conversation toward the positive and supportive will end up shifting behavior. According to various studies, “positive thinking is good for the immune system, reduces anxiety, and increases positive emotions such as happiness.” Try and boost rather than break down.
