One small step is actually one giant leap

We often wait to feel ready before we start, but more often it’s the starting that makes us feel ready.

Our brains tend to turn small tasks into mountains. While it may feel daunting, emptying the dishwasher takes only three minutes. Making the bed takes less than one. Both instantly bring order to our space and our minds.

It’s the same for students. That first small step of organizing a folder, opening a notebook, or reviewing one page of notes is often all it takes to turn chaos into control.

Momentum builds confidence, fuels follow-through, and leads to calm.
