Identify the strategy that works best
As adults, we’ve come to recognize that there is more than one way to get something done. What works for one may not work for another. Likewise, what works for many may not work for a handful. For students who struggle with executive function, it’s important to help identify the strategies that work best for each student. When a student is able to figure out the approach that works best for her and finds success, it boosts her confidence and increases her motivation to succeed.
