July 4: Time for relaxation, exploration, and rejuventation!

More and more often, students’ summer vacations are just as busy as their academic year. Their weeks are packed with obligations, including summer camps, sports practices, family cookouts, road trips, sleepovers, and more. Although it’s important to maintain structured routines, and to keep practicing academics this summer, it’s also important for your child to rest and recharge. Some of the best forms of learning and critical thinking come from unstructured leisure time and from life experience. So, while you and your child schedule your summer together, pencil in some free time for relaxation, exploration, and rejuvenation. And have a fun, safe and relaxing 4th of July weekend!
