Stress management techniques!
Many students experience a great deal of anxiety around test taking, be it annual standardized testing, final exams or even the weekly spelling quiz. Help your student develop stress management techniques at an early age! Taking a couple of deep breaths before beginning a test and trying to relax each part of his body when he feels anxious can give your child an opportunity to calm down and approach the task at hand with a more positive and relaxed attitude.
