With intention and momentum – Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! Today we’re looking back at a few Tips from 2024 to help frame the new year and get 2025 started with intention and momentum. 

 

  1. Enter the new year with a can-do mindset. Here’s a simple question to ask when your child is procrastinating and feeling overwhelmed. 
  2. Self-advocacy is hard. Help your child share their voice.  
  3. Don’t blame the “ref” when things don’t go your way. Take ownership of the things you can control like this UConn star did in the Women’s Final Four this year. 
  4. Keep calm and get a move on! Everyone will have a better day when the morning starts with less chaos and more zen.
