Happy New Year! Today we’re looking back at a few Tips from 2024 to help frame the new year and get 2025 started with intention and momentum.
- Enter the new year with a can-do mindset. Here’s a simple question to ask when your child is procrastinating and feeling overwhelmed.
- Self-advocacy is hard. Help your child share their voice.
- Don’t blame the “ref” when things don’t go your way. Take ownership of the things you can control like this UConn star did in the Women’s Final Four this year.
- Keep calm and get a move on! Everyone will have a better day when the morning starts with less chaos and more zen.
