Get some sleep!

Many students believe that pulling occasional “all-nighters” is normal, especially as they reach high school. However, sleep is one of the most important factors contributing to successful student performance. Students working late into the night likely need some help identifying the reasons for their extended days and taking appropriate steps to adjust their schedules. Help your child map out the time she spends at school, participating in extracurricular activities, completing homework, and sleeping. Determine how much sleep she really needs, and help her arrange her schedule to consistently give her enough time to rest. With fewer all-nighters and a little more beauty sleep, your child can bring her best everyday in the classroom.
