Meeting with teachers after school boosts performance

For many students, meeting with their teacher before an exam can make an immense impact on their performance. Teacher meetings allow students to ask lingering questions, clarify study guide items, and focus their studying on what is most important from class lectures. Encourage your child to schedule her teacher meetings at least two or three days in advance of the exam. With a a few days to process before the exam, your child can truly digest and apply the information gained in the meeting, leading to increased confidence and performance when it counts.
